According to the Daily Telegraph, Woolwich features as number 10 in ‘The Top 20 Places to Invest in London'. Mo Clarke of L&Q Housing Association is quoted saying ‘Activity in the Woolwich property market has significantly increased over the past few years with hundreds of new homes being built. But prices remain considerably lower than the rest of inner London. Now is a great time to get on the ladder here'.
